Olympic Golf Dinner in New Delhi
Welcoming golf’s return to the Olympic fold after 112 years, Rishi Narain Sports Marketing (RNSM) organized the Rio Golf Night at Kamal Mahal, ITC Maurya, Delhi. The qualification of India’s highest-ranked golfer Anirban Lahiri, along with three-time European Tour winner SSP Chawrasia and 18-year-old Bengaluru prodigy Aditi Ashok only fuelled the country’s interest in the quadrennial sporting extravaganza.
RNSM tapped into this excitement by inviting high net worth individuals, top businessmen, senior corporate executives, and civil servants to cheer Indian golfers on at the Rio Games. Apart from live screening of the event, invitees amused themselves by wielding real golf clubs, hitting real golf balls into an electronic screen (followed by instant computerized feedback), putting on the artificial green, and spending time on an indoor putting course along with an instructor. Such evenings are indeed one of a kind.
