For Event Subscription, the Shipping, Refund and Cancellation policy is as below:

Refund Policy Event Membership Fee:

Event Membership fee or any other payment made towards Event membership or related benefits and services i.e. Tournaments, Green Fee at Event associated clubs etc., once paid is non-refundable. Basic Event Fee Subscriptions are billed on a yearly (except where the member has opted for a multiple year term), recurring basis and are payable in advance of the subscription period with no refunds. All Event Fee Subscriptions are non-transferable.

  • By purchasing an Event Subscription, you authorize us to keep your subscription current by charging your Credit/Debit card or account the subscription fee until you discontinue your Event Subscription.
  • To discontinue future billings of your subscription, follow the ‘Your Account’ link displayed on each Web site page when you are signed in.

Shipping of Event membership card:

The Event member will be provided access to the Event thru a membership number which will be conveyed to the member thru an email to the email address provided by the member at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain correctness of all account related information on the site in your account section/page after you login.

Cancellation of Event Membership:

The golfers can choose to cancel his Event membership service anytime, however no refund will be given.
